Our B&B Rooms
We have three luxury en-suite bedrooms: 1 king and 2 doubles, all with complimentary toiletries, robes and towels. Two of these rooms are dog-friendly with private gardens, while our fourth bedroom has a separate bathroom with both a bath and a shower across the landing.
All rooms include a delicious breakfast, homemade using locally sourced ingredients, Freesat TV, a fridge with fresh milk and an ice compartment and twin USB charging sockets.

Self Catering Cottage
Alongside the B&B, we also have a luxury dog-friendly self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to 4, with a private enclosed garden and full kitchen facilities. It's the perfect private space to enjoy a relaxing break away.

Our boutique B&B in Baslow is perfectly located for exploring the stunning Peak District National Park, with plenty of walks from our doorstep, including a 40-minute walk to Chatsworth House. Baslow itself has an abundance of excellent local pubs and restaurants (most of which are dog-friendly too), including the Robin Hood Inn, which is just next door.

Update — January 2026
- Welcome all to the new year — we have had an enforced break for maintenance, and then a brief break away, but now we are back in full swing, welcoming guests again.
- It was nice of Princess Kate to drive by on her way for a walk on beautiful Baslow Edge — I think she might have waved!
- Cottage Wi-Fi — fully upgraded now, with excellent speeds from our leased line — a major improvement on the old system.
- EV Charging — we have an EV charging point available for guests at 60p per kWh.
- Visitor's Welcome Book — reintroduced in the cottage. If you want to get ahead of your stay, all the information is available online. Any questions before or during your stay — phone, email or knock on the door.
